It was 20 years ago on January 4th that a group of researchers, Arbitron experts, and radiophiles converged to create a company that would help radio stations understand and exploit their ratings information. Thus, Research Director, Inc. was born. Over the years we have had the pleasure of working with some great people – both on our staff and at some of America’s best radio stations and groups.
