Charlie's primary responsibilities include sales, customer relations, and new business development. For twelve years, Charlie served as Vice President of Research/Marketing at Eastman Radio. During that time he was a member of the Arbitron Advisory Council and Chairman of the RAB Goals Committee. Prior to Eastman, he was a Client Service Representative at Arbitron for the firm's rep/network/agency division. Charlie started his professional radio career as an Account Executive at WWDC-AM/FM in Washington, DC.
